Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Lamora website.

Return Window

Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without providing any reason.


Return Instructions

  1. Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@trylamora.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.


Packaging and Shipping

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

  2. Include the return authorization form and any supporting documents or images.

  3. Use the return label provided via email (if applicable).


Return Costs

  • Defective Products: No cost to the customer. Applies when the item is incorrect, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Applies if the wrong item was ordered, the product does not fit, or the customer no longer wants it.


Specific Return and Refund Conditions

  • Change of Mind: Products may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Defective Goods: Contact us immediately with photos. Lamora will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess and cover return costs if needed.

  • Incorrect Item: Contact us and we’ll arrange return shipping and send the correct item.

  • Product Never Arrived: If your order never arrives, contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If unresolved, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel before shipment. If already shipped, please follow the return procedure.


Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Report within 48 hours with photos. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund.


Policy for Non-Damaged Goods

If you change your mind, you may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging.


Timelines

  • Report & Ship: Returns must be reported and shipped within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Processing: Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection.

  • Approval: Refunds approved if products are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refund Period: Up to 7 business days to process the refund to the original payment method.


Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hygiene items (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
